CREATE. INNOVATE. DUPLICATE.

My career trajectory has been unorthodox, but ever so fun!  Before starting my own consulting firm, I spent nearly 30 years leading outsourced operations in various verticals such as insurance, healthcare, digital, and retail.  Starting my career in publishing with Chicago Tribune's South Florida newspaper, Sun-Sentinel, it was here I found my love and synergy of strategy and operations, and thereby my passion for Customer Experience "CX" blossomed.   Over the years I held roles in Training & Quality, Operations, Strategy, Digital, and Project Management.  Starting as a CSR, working my way through the ranks to the Executive team, leading Global Operations, I have a unique respect and intimate understanding of the complexity and challenges that our frontline employees have when trying to service your customers.  Over the years I gained respect and trust from supporting clients across the world, including five Fortune 50 clients, including building two startups in BPO and Quality/Compliance space.

To this day, I continue to see organizational gaps in planning and operational efficiencies that lead to poorly executed deployments that result in profitability and gains in cost savings falling flat or never even materialized.

When friends or clients ask me why I got into consulting, I reply for "My Why" simply by saying, every thought I have and action I take starts with CREATE the best product or solution, learn from it and continuously improve and optimize to INNOVATE, and then DUPLICATE it by deploying to other facets within people, processes, and performance throughout your organization.   

Although these three words may seem elementary or too simplistic, put into practice this is powerful, so powerful that I have personally turned around failing businesses and the worst customer experiences into memorable, profitable entities in a short amount of time.
